Rules for Using the Campsite

Practical rules for using the ATC Rudava OZ campsite, its facilities, accommodation and common areas.

These Rules for Using the ATC RUDAVA OZ Campsite set out the practical rules for using the campsite and its facilities.
The rules apply to the use of the campsite when staying in a tent, caravan, motorhome, cabin or bungalow, as well as when using other areas and facilities of the campsite.
These rules supplement the Operating Rules of ATC RUDAVA OZ, which every member is required to read and comply with.

Staying at and using the facilities of ATC Rudava OZ is not permitted for persons with infectious diseases that may endanger the health of other persons on the campsite.
Entry to the campsite is permitted exclusively to duly registered persons. Visitors and unregistered persons are not permitted to enter the campsite.
Every person using the campsite is required to comply with these Rules, the Operating Rules of the association and the instructions of the campsite manager.
All members are required to behave considerately towards others, maintain cleanliness and order, and treat the campsite facilities and equipment with care.
The maximum permitted speed for motor vehicles on the campsite is 6 km/h. Vehicles may only be parked in designated areas.
Waste must be disposed of in designated containers and sorted according to the rules applicable on the campsite.
Washing dishes is permitted only in areas designated for this purpose.
A separate area is designated for ball games. In other areas, sporting activities must be carried out with consideration for other members.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children.

Quiet hours: 23:00 – 06:00

Quiet hours apply throughout the campsite from 23:00 to 06:00.
Even during the day, excessive noise that disturbs other members is not permitted, particularly shouting, loud singing or loud amplified music.
Every member is required to respect the peaceful nature of the campsite and behave considerately towards other persons using the campsite.

Open fires are prohibited throughout the campsite except in areas specifically designated for this purpose.
Gas and electric barbecues may be used, and barbecuing is permitted in areas designated for this purpose.
When using a barbecue, everyone is required to comply with fire-safety and general safety rules.

Tents may only be pitched in areas designated for camping.
It is not permitted to change the allocated pitch without permission or occupy space outside the designated pitch.
The pitch must be kept clean during the stay and left in its original condition upon departure.

Caravans and motorhomes may only be placed in areas designated for this purpose.
The boundaries of the allocated pitch must be respected, and access roads or neighbouring pitches must not be obstructed.
Connection to the electricity supply is permitted only through designated connection points.
Interference with electrical wiring, connections or campsite equipment is prohibited.

Cabins and bungalows may only be used by persons duly registered to use them.
Facilities and equipment must be used with care and only for their intended purpose.
Equipment may not be moved or removed without permission.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported to the campsite manager immediately.
At the end of the stay, the cabin or bungalow must be left clean and tidy.

Common areas and facilities are intended for use by registered persons.
After use, every member is required to leave common areas and facilities clean and tidy.
Without the campsite manager's permission, campsite equipment may not be moved, altered or damaged.

Pets are permitted on the campsite subject to the conditions set out in the Operating Rules of the association.
The owner or keeper is responsible for the animal and for any damage caused by it.
Dogs must be kept under supervision and restrained where necessary.
Dog owners or keepers are required to remove their dog's waste immediately.

Electricity may only be used through designated connection points and equipment.
Interference with electrical wiring or unauthorised repairs are prohibited.
Electrical equipment used on the campsite must be in proper technical condition and operated safely.

Every member is required to report immediately to the campsite manager any malfunction, damage or other circumstance that may endanger the safety of persons or property.
In the event of an emergency, everyone is required to follow the instructions of the campsite manager and the relevant emergency services.
ATC Rudava OZ is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of personal belongings left on the campsite.
Found items must be handed over to the campsite manager or left at the designated location.

Any person who causes damage to property belonging to the association or another person is required to report the damage and compensate for it to the extent required by applicable law.
Intentional or serious damage to property is considered a serious breach of the campsite rules.

Cancellation of a stay in the usual sense is not possible.

If a member is unable to use the originally selected dates, the membership contribution already paid cannot be refunded.
By agreement with the campsite manager, the originally selected dates may be moved to another available date.
An alternative date must be agreed with the campsite manager in advance and is subject to current campsite availability.

At the end of the stay, every member is required to leave the area they have used clean and tidy.
Before departure, waste must be disposed of in the designated containers.
All personal belongings and privately owned equipment must be removed from the area used.
When using a cabin or bungalow, the instructions of the campsite manager must be followed.

These Rules for Using the ATC RUDAVA OZ Campsite are binding on all persons registered to use the campsite.
These Rules supplement the Operating Rules of ATC RUDAVA OZ.
In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the Operating Rules of the association, the Operating Rules of the association shall prevail.
These Rules enter into force on the date of their approval.
