Accommodation and Site Rules

1. ATC Rudava provides accommodation in accommodation units (bungalows, cabins and apartments), tents and guests’ own facilities (caravans and motorhomes).
2. During opening hours, a person may be accommodated at ATC Rudava after registering for their stay and paying the applicable fees associated with membership of the association (see Section VIII).
3. When registering, guests must present an identity card, valid passport or another proof of identity at reception. They will then be issued a membership card.
4. Persons who are not staying at ATC Rudava are not permitted to enter the campsite.
5. Any change of occupants in an accommodation unit requires the consent of the accommodation unit’s owner.
6. Guests requesting an extension of their stay are not guaranteed continued accommodation in the same unit due to operational requirements.

1. Guests staying in a tent will receive a membership card stating the duration of their stay. Guests arriving in their own motor vehicle will also receive a parking permit, which must be displayed in a clearly visible position.
2. Tents may only be pitched in designated areas. On departure, guests must clean the pitch and restore it to its original condition.

1. Guests will receive a membership card stating the duration of their stay. Guests arriving in their own motor vehicle will also receive a parking permit, which must be displayed in a clearly visible position.
2. The operator will provide the guest with the keys and the equipment listed in the inventory displayed inside the accommodation unit. The guest is responsible for this inventory throughout their stay.
3. On arrival, guests should check the inventory and the condition and functionality of the equipment. Any deficiencies must be reported to reception immediately.
4. Any lost or damaged key must be reported immediately. The guest must cover the replacement of the lock cylinder and three new keys.
5. Moving furniture or equipment within the accommodation unit or removing it from the unit is strictly prohibited.
6. Before departure, guests must inspect the accommodation unit and leave it in the same condition in which they received it.
7. Guests are required to reimburse the full cost of any damage to the inventory.
8. A security deposit must be paid before check-in and will be held at reception. It will be returned in full at the end of the stay if the unit is returned undamaged. Otherwise, the cost of any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

1. ATC Rudava has facilities for sporting and cultural events, team-building activities and other group events.
2. Fees for the use of the campsite’s facilities are agreed individually with the operator.

1. Electric hook-ups are available at ATC Rudava.
2. Any unauthorised handling of electrical distribution boards is strictly prohibited. The user of the electric hook-up will be liable for any damage caused by a breach of this rule.
3. A guest connected to an electricity supply may not connect additional users through their own equipment.

When leaving ATC Rudava and returning to the campsite, every guest must present a valid proof of accommodation. Guests using a motor vehicle must also display their parking permit in a clearly visible position inside the vehicle.

1. The membership fee for accommodation and services must be paid in advance for the entire stay. If a guest ends their stay early because of adverse weather, no proportional refund will be provided for unused days. ATC Rudava is not responsible for adverse weather during a guest’s stay.
2. After paying the membership fee, the guest will receive a membership voucher.
3. The membership fee is determined by the current pricelist.
4. The membership fee may be reduced by fixed discounts listed in the pricelist (children under 6, students, pensioners, disability card holders or long-term stays), promotional discounts based on occupancy and weather, or camping and caravanning discount cards (ACSI, CCI, SACC, ÚAMK and others).

1. The membership fee may be paid at reception on the day of arrival or in advance by bank transfer.
2. The following conditions apply when cancelling a fee paid in advance by bank transfer:
   • more than 70 days before arrival – no cancellation fee,
   • 69 to 55 days before arrival – cancellation fee of 50%,
   • fewer than 55 days before arrival – cancellation fee of 100%,
   • fewer than 55 days before arrival due to a death in the family, natural disaster or hospitalisation – cancellation fee of 10%.
3. If a stay paid for at reception is interrupted, a proportional refund will be provided only in the event of a death in the family, natural disaster or hospitalisation. Payments are non-refundable in all other cases.

1. Motor vehicles and bicycles may only travel along access roads and designated routes within the campsite.
2. Parking is permitted only in designated areas:
   • vehicles towing a caravan must park beside the caravan,
   • vehicles belonging to guests staying in tents must park in the campsite car park or beside the tent without endangering other guests,
   • vehicles belonging to guests staying in bungalows, apartments or cabins must park in the ATC Rudava car park.
3. Motor vehicles are prohibited from travelling outside designated areas.
4. The maximum permitted speed when entering or leaving designated parking areas is 6 km/h.
5. Drivers must comply with all applicable traffic regulations.

1. Dogs are permitted on the campsite under the following conditions:
   • dogs must not roam freely around the campsite,
   • they must be accompanied by their owner, kept on a lead and wear a muzzle,
   • owners must remove and dispose of dog waste.
2. The owner is fully responsible for their dog.

1. Check-in for bungalows, apartments and cabins is available from 2:00 pm.
2. Guests staying in tents or caravans may check in at any time during reception opening hours.
3. On the day of departure, bungalows, apartments and cabins must be vacated by 10:00 am.
4. Before departure, the guest and a member of the reception staff will inspect the accommodation unit, after which the guest must return the keys.
5. Tent and caravan pitches must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
6. Departures before 8:00 am must be arranged with reception in advance.

1. Persons suffering from an infectious disease are not permitted to stay at ATC Rudava or use its facilities.
2. Persons who are not staying at ATC Rudava are not permitted to enter the campsite.
3. All guests must comply with these Site Rules throughout their stay.
4. Quiet hours apply throughout the campsite from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.
5. Guests must maintain cleanliness and order, take care of shared facilities and comply with generally applicable safety regulations.
6. Guests must also behave considerately during the day and must not disturb others with excessive shouting, loud singing, amplified music or unnecessary use of motor vehicles.
7. All waste must be placed in designated areas and containers.
8. Parents are fully responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour and for ensuring that they comply with the rules.
9. Lighting fires is prohibited throughout the campsite. Gas and electric barbecues may be used, and barbecuing is permitted in the gazebo.
10. Dishes may only be washed in designated and clearly marked areas.
11. ATC Rudava is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings.
12. Found property must be handed in at reception.
13. A designated area is available for ball games. Out of consideration for other guests, ball games are not recommended elsewhere on the campsite.
14. Anyone who causes damage to the operator or another guest must reimburse the full cost of that damage.
15. A guest who seriously breaches these Accommodation and Site Rules may be removed from the campsite without any entitlement to a refund of payments made for their stay.

Serious breaches of the rules include in particular:

• damaging the property of the operator, other persons or guests,
• disturbing quiet hours,
• harassing or disturbing other guests through noise, inappropriate behaviour or abusive language,
• lighting an open fire outside designated areas,
• accommodating additional persons without the operator’s knowledge or permission,
• unauthorised use of motor vehicles around the campsite,
• failing to keep a dog under control or to remove its waste.
